Bug fixes:
· Fixed it caused a crash on saving an attachment when [Cache when read] is checked in a property of an IMAP4 folder.
· Fixed the list view didn't scroll properly by mouse wheel.
· Adjusted speed of scroll by mouse wheel in a text view.
· Fixed it caused a crash on removing a column which is used to sort the list view.
· Fixed it used Windows Vista as X-Mailer on Windows 7.
· Fixed it caused a crash on opening an attachment of message/rfc822.
· Fixed it caused a crash on printing an attachment of message/rfc822.
· Fixed multiple folders may have spam-folder flag.
· Fixed it used pgp-sha1 as micalg parameter of Content-Type even when GnuPG used a digest algorithm other than SHA-1.
